Yes, we are 90% a mobile detailing unit. We have our own source of power but not water at this moment. We can perform services anywhere with access to a water spigot. If you're at home and have access to water you're good. But if your nearby our zone area and at work, we can come pick up your vehicle, detail it and return it to your location.
We already have our own source of power so we only need access to your water spigot. We already have our own supplies to connect to the water access. Once we're done we won't leave anything out of place.
Yes, we'd appreciate it if you did remove any personal items from your vehicle, including the trunk. This allows us to immediately start detailing once we reach your location. Leaving trash and loose items in your vehicle is completely fine, we'll take care of the trash for you.
It depends on the size and condition of the vehicle, but generally it takes under an hour.
We're located in Greenwood but service the greater areas nearby. If you're located more than 30 miles from your zone, then there will be a higher minimum balance for us to come to you. For an example, say you want only a service done totaling up to $30 and you live 30 miles from us. You would need to add another service totaling up to at least $150 for us to come to your area.

No, this is just a "maintenance" simple, quick, cleaning detailing service. If your vehicle's interior has stains, dirt, pet hair, or mud buildup, then the Full Interior Detailing Service would be a better option for you.

You sure can! Just specifically tell us which areas that you are concerned about during your quote. The price will be higher for the additional work and time we put into your vehicle but we will deliver great results as promised.

Full Interior Detail
Most likely you won't need this service. We offer a mini-interior detailing service that gets the job done quick and leaves behind great results.
Based on the type of stain, length, time frame it's been there, and the material that it is on, many stains many not come out 100%. Our goal is to make your interior get to the best condition as possible. Some stains and blemishes have been embedded in an interior for too long and can't be removed entirely.

Due to safety reasons we do not remove seats from the interior. We have the proper tools to get the job done accurately.
Most certainly not! The only thing that you will smell is the "ACT" car fragance scent.
Pet Hair Removal
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that 100% of your dog's hair will come out. But we can assure you that up to 99.5% of the pet hair will be removed. Pet hair can be deep into interior's fabrics and can cause it to not completely 100% be out. Even when we are done with your vehicle, you won't see any pet hair. Pet Hairs will work free and be exposed as the vehicle moves or occupants brush-up against the fabrics. The extent of pet hair removal is thorough enough that a stranger would'nt be able to tell that there had been pet hair in the vehicle to begin with.

Pet hair easily sticks to anything made of any type of fabric. You can use covers or blankets over seats to keep pet hair off. When you see a little hair building up on the blanket, just take it off and throw it in the washer.

It depends on the condition of the interior and the severity of the smoke odor. We will remove as much as possible, we always hope to eliminate it completely, but results can vary based on the vehicle's condition. If it is in really bad condition from years of odor, you may have to take extra steps like changing your car's filter and replacing your headliner to get the smell out completely.
